This machine is specially designed for potato cultivation, capable of completing combined operations such as soil loosening, weeding, and ridging in a single pass. It not only increases soil temperature and preserves moisture but also forms smooth and firm trapezoidal ridges, which are conducive to tuber growth and uniform seedling emergence.

Main Structure

The machine consists of a main frame, tilling rotor, forming device, depth limiter, and transmission mechanism. It features a compact structure, high strength, and durability.

Working Principle

The tractor pulls the equipment via the rear three-point hitch. Power is transmitted from the tractor PTO shaft to the gearbox through a universal joint drive shaft, driving the blade shaft to rotate for soil crushing and loosening. The loosened soil is then shaped by the forming device into smooth trapezoidal ridges.

Hitching and Adjustment

△Reverse the tractor to align with the center of the machine, adjust the height of the lower links, and connect the hitch pins to the equipment.

△Lift the equipment and adjust the left and right lift rods to keep the machine level.

△Connect the universal joint drive shaft. After connection, manually rotate the universal joint to check for any jamming or collision. If any abnormality is found, correct it immediately.

△After confirmation of normal condition, gradually increase the tractor PTO speed to 1000 r/min to begin operation.
