1.Precision seeding technology adopts tensioning and vibration shaking devices to ensure one seed per spoon, achieving precise and controllable seeding.
2.The adjustable gap between the seed metering spoon and guide tube prevents missing or overlapping seeding from the source.
3.An electronic vibrator with 5 selectable vibration modes is equipped at the bottom of the seed box. It effectively ensures the fluidity of potato seeds and avoids jamming.
4. One gear chain quick combination device is installed on each side (left and right). It enables flexible adjustment of potato planting spacing and fertilization amount. This is done within 5 seconds for efficient and convenient operation.
5. The 4000kg seed bin can be automatically lifted and lowered by a hydraulic cylinder, further ensuring smooth seed feeding and improving seeding continuity.

2. The ridge spacing can be selected from 75-90 cm, flexibly adapting to the agronomic planting needs of different regions and varieties.
3. The angle of the soil covering disc is adjustable to realize flexible ridge shape adjustment; a shaping machine can also be installed at the rear of the machine as needed to meet the requirements of diverse ridge shape planting.

High Reliability
1. Imported high-strength spring teeth are adopted, suitable for loosening heavy soils such as clay soil . The tooth tips are made of high-wear-resistant materials and can be flipped up and down, greatly extending the service life.
2. The bearing cover of the soil covering disc is made of cast iron, with better sealing and durability, suitable for long-term high-intensity operations.
3. The pesticide tank is designed with a capacity of 2×350 liters, matched with a 1000-liter stainless steel fertilizer tank. The scientific volume ratio of the seed box, fertilizer tank and pesticide tank meets the needs of long-term continuous operations.
4. An Italian AR plunger pump is adopted, featuring strong power, stable operation and outstanding durability.
5. 8 German LECHLER brand polytetrafluoroethylene 180° nozzles are adopted, which can realize 360° full-angle uniform spraying back and forth, with better spraying effect.
6. Both the fertilizer tank and fertilizer guide groove are made of stainless steel. The fertilizer enters the rubber funnel-shaped fertilizer cylinder through the guide groove, with stronger corrosion resistance and effectively extending the service life of components.
7.Equipped with a pre-installed ditching device, suitable for rapid seeding operations. The ditching device is made of imported high-wear-resistant materials. Its inverted triangle design can effectively buffer the impact of stones. This avoids component damage and improves operation stability.
